Our first point of contact (David) met us at the showroom and gave us both the advice and the time to allow us make our choice of door. Thereafter came a site visit followed by the fitting about a fortnight later. The fitter (Keith) was clearly an experienced fitter who was clean, tidy and ensured the whole process went smoothly. An after fitting site visit by David to ensure our satisfaction and assure us of any future remedial action if necessary further evidences the professionalism of this company.
